The Warm Up Party - 26 Jan 2006

The Congress started with a Pre Welcome Party to the guests and also to the
general public, to show everyone what they were to expect at the Congress.
The lovely Rydges Hotel offered a warm atmosphere for people to meet &
greet the Interstate and Overseas Guests and Performers, but also to see
some of the Performances (Aust. Only) and make it available to everyone.
The ticket price made it very affordable, although tickets were limited
because of the size of the room; however it certainly gave you the opportunity to
"get a glimpse". The atmosphere proved to be magical with overseas performers
and instructors dancing with students and mingling with everyone with the sheer
excitement of the next 3 days ahead of us all.
